“Mistakes leaders often make,” “Stewardship,” and the “Dynamics of effectively managing transformational change.”
These are some highlights to the “Basic Course on Holistic Values Formation” on July 20-31, 2020 to be conducted by the Human Resource Management Office of the Iloilo City Government.
Former Append Party-List Congressman Pablo “Bebot” Nava III, now Consultant to Iloilo City Mayor Jerry P. Treñas, has formulated and organized the said course for Iloilo city government supervisors.
“In view of restrictions under the COVID-19, participants with face masks have been reduced to 25 persons per session in order to observe social distancing,” said Atty. Bebot Nava III.
The Course on holistic values formation would also allow participants to “learn or relearn” leadership concepts, strategies, and the dynamics of change.
The values formation course reflects as well on Mayor Jerry Treñas’ level-up policy platform “WHEELS,” or Welfare, Health, Education, Environment, Livelihood and Sustainability.
Iloilo City Human Resource Management Office head Leo Elevencione has scheduled the Course on values formation earlier but had to be reset this July due to the COVID-19 pandemic.*
