The Bureau of Customs (BOC), Port of Iloilo were among the several district collection offices included in the reshuffling of key personnel implemented by the recently appointed Customs commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno.
Atty Noli Santua Jr. was designated as acting district collector, Port of Iloilo “effective immediately” in a personnel order signed by Commissioner Nepomuceno on July 31, 2025.
Santua was assigned deputy collector for operations in the port of Batangas immediately prior his transfer to Iloilo. He replaces district collector Ciriaco Ugay who was assigned deputy collector for assessment, port of Cagayan de Oro.
