FLAVORS of ILOILO City at ‘International Cities Promenade’ in Macau

Iloilo City is representing the Philippines at the “International Cities Promenade” which opened Friday, July 11 and until July 20, 2025 at the Roman amphitheater square and Legend boulevard of Macau Fisherman’s Wharf.

Former Iloilo city mayor Jerry Treñas shared to HilwayNews the showcased gastronomic flavors of Iloilo city with strong support of Consul general Edna Mae Lazaro and represented by vendors Netong’s Original La Paz Batchoy, Kap Ising’s Pancit Molo, and Balay Tablea’s artisanal chocolates.

The Promenade features over 100 booths from Creative Cities of Gastronomy across China, Asia, and Brazil—each bringing signature dishes that reflect their unique culinary identity.

Visitors, particularly Filipinos are exhorted to visit the Iloilo booths and discover the rich food heritage that earned for Iloilo city the title of UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Macau is an autonomous administrative region on the south coast of China.
