Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) designated through Special Order 69, (series 2025) Engr. Joel F. Limpengco OIC, Office of the regional director for DPWH Region VI (Panay and Guimaras) on June 13, replacing Engr. Sanny Boy Oropel who retired.
Prior to his new assignment, Limpengco served as Assistant regional director (ARD) for DPWH National Capital Region since April 14, 2023.
Meanwhile, in Special Order 73 (s.2025) dated June 16, 2025 Sec. Bonoan designated Engr. Arnel Torrefranca OIC, Office of the assistant district engineer, Negros Occidental 1st district engineering office, Negros Island Region (NIR).
